Earth4Energy Review - Can You Really Save Money With This Guide ?
Earth4Energy is a step by step guide on how to set up two renewable energy
creating systems in your home. It is an ebook (electronic book) that can be downloaded to your computer.

It shows you how to create a solar power generator and a wind generator. This includes detailed instructions and
diagrams to make it straightforward to understand and implement.
The guides starts off with how to make sure you are using your current energy resources efficiently. This
includes tips on how to save energy in your home.
This is the first step you should do before you create any form of renewable energy system along with knowing
how much energy you use. Without knowing how much energy you use, it makes it hard to know what type or size
of solar/wind generator you need.
By saving energy or putting energy saving strategies into play, you put less demand on the systems you will be
creating (and save money on utility bills of course).
The next two sections are the heart of the guide. They show you how to create a solar power generator and a wind
powered generator. Both sections are well laid out and include diagrams on how the systems should be put together
and installed.
In the solar powered section it goes into more details on how solar panels or photovoltaic (PV) cells work to
generate electricity.
It lists all the parts you need and gives approximate costs for these items. It gives you ideas on how to
get some of these parts for free or where to look to get the parts very cheaply.
It has diagrams on how to build an individual solar panel and the wiring layout to connect individual PV cells
to each other. It also has a diagram/wiring of the complete system, including all the components you will need from
the panels through to the equipment needed to make the electricity usable in the home.
The guide also covers how to maintain the solar panels.
The wind generator section covers how wind turbines work and some of the criteria you need to make it worthwhile
to install such a system.
It gives a detailed account of how to build a wind generator, including where to get the parts from and how to
construct the individual components, like the rotor blades.
I would say the wind generator is harder to put together than the solar powered generator however most people
with basic DIY skills should be able to put these systems together. It goes on to cover how much energy you can
create using these systems and what it will power in your home.
The rest of the guide is about other renewable energy and fuel saving tips and devices that you may be
interested in. For instance, it discusses how ethanol is created and how you can use it. I wasn't interested in
this personally but it's decent information. It also has a section on hydro-electric power.
The author, Michael Harvey, is contactable via email if you have any questions. They claim that the book will be
regularly updated with new designs and information as it becomes available. Owners of the guide will be able to
download the latest version of the book whenever it is updated.
This is a good manual that is well written. It will help you save money on energy bills if you implement the
plans.
